International Association of Business Communicators (IABC \u2013 Indonesia Chapter) has just concluded one of its flagship programs, the <\/span>Career Mentorship<\/span><\/i> themed <\/span>\u201cExpert\u2019s Guide to the Job Market.\u201d<\/b> This fourth batch of the mentorship program was designed for individuals in the early to mid stages of their careers who wish to develop themselves, navigate their professional journey, and build networks with experienced professionals from various fields.<\/span><\/p>\n

IABC Indonesia is now opening opportunities for professionals and early-career individuals to join <\/span>Career Mentorship Batch V.<\/b><\/p>\n

For professionals who wish to share their experiences and contribute as mentors, you can register through the following <\/span>link<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

For those who wish to enhance their personal and professional growth while receiving direct guidance from mentors with diverse expertise and achievements, you can register as a mentee for Batch V through the following <\/span>registration form<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the lead-up to the upcoming annual conference, IABC Indonesia is also organizing a series of <\/span>Road to Conference<\/span><\/i> activities aimed at broadening insights and fostering stronger connections among communication practitioners. Several initiatives have been carried out, including collaborations with the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in New York, U.S., LSPR Institute of Communication and Business, and VMCS Advisory to present a special podcast, as well as webinars in partnership with IABC networks from around the world, including IABC Florida and IABC Seattle.<\/span><\/p>\n

The highlight of this series of events will take place at the IABC Indonesia Conference & Awarding Night, held on Friday, November 14, 2025, at The St. Regis Hotel, Kuningan, Jakarta, carrying the theme \u201cStrategic Communications at the Heart of Trust, Humanity, and Digital Impact.\u201d This event will bring together communication practitioners and leaders from various sectors to share insights and best practices in navigating digital transformation within the communication industry. IABC Indonesia is also offering special rates for students who wish to participate, either offline or online. Every month, we also open registration for an internationally recognized certification program leading to the CCP (Certified Communications Professional) designation, valid for three years. In addition to the CCP, we offer international certification opportunities for students, fresh graduates, and first jobbers who wish to deepen their knowledge and build a professional portfolio early in their careers. Through this IABC Indonesia certification, participants will earn a prestigious recognition under the global reputation of IABC, a strong starting point for pursuing a career in the communication industry. For those seeking BNSP-accredited certification with dual recognition from IABC Indonesia, we offer a program that meets the growing demand for dual credentials in the professional field. This initiative is a collaboration between IABC Indonesia and the Public Relations Indonesia Professional Certification Institute (LSP-PRI). The program combines IABC\u2019s global standards with national competencies recognized by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP). Through this certification, professionals not only gain international recognition but also formal legitimacy within Indonesia\u2019s national qualification framework.
