Dwi Fatan Lilyana, more familiarly called Lily, started her career 23 years ago and variously held position with increasing scope and responsibilties, until she reached as a member of the board of directors of a state-owned enterprise. Bringing good changes and building an ecosystem that is able to maximize one’s potential is a contribution that she always wants to make. This made her decide to join IABC as a leadership volunteer for Professionals Development.

About the Moderator:
Yudo Anggoro, Ph.D., (@ydanggoro) is the Director of the Center for Policy and Public Management at the Bandung Institute of Technology, School of Business and Management (SBM ITB). He was formerly the Director of the Jakarta Campus. Pak Yudho will not only be the moderator, he will also lead the conversation with his valuable point of views combined with knowledge sourced from @sbmitbofficial. In 2004, Dr. Anggoro graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering. Economic competitiveness, industrial policy, transportation and infrastructure policy, public management, regional economic development, government performance, leadership, public economics, and strategic management are some of the topics that Dr. Anggoro is interested in researching.

Insan Syafaat joined PISAgro in January 2021. As Executive Director, he is responsible for overseeing PISAgro Secretariat, planning its sustainable strategy, and ensuring the implementation of PISAgro’s vision and mission, with the support of a number of working groups and members. Insan has more than 8 years of working experience in the Sustainable Agriculture Policy and Implementation. He has led projects that require multi-stakeholders collaborations such as commodity replanting program, and landscape or jurisdictional approach. These diverse cultures of multi stakeholders have moulded his ability to work with people from different backgrounds. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Bandung Institute of Technology in Indonesia, and a master’s degree in International Business Management from Bournemouth University in Bournemouth, United Kingdom
