After successfully implementing the Summer Mentorship Program from July to September 2022, the IABC Indonesia Chapter is continuing this program with a new batch of Fall Mentorship from October to December 2022. This program is suitable for early and mid-career individuals who want to level up and want to level up—navigating their career journey, of course, at the same time, want to network with other professionals.
IABC Fall Mentorship is one of the programs of the International Association of Business Communicators – Indonesia Chapter, which aims to assist and support leaders and prospective leaders in pursuing career development and self-growth, especially from the communication side.
Themed “Level Up & Navigate Your Career Journey,” the IABC Fall Mentorship Program is a success of 3 sessions divided into 2x online and 1x hybrid from October to December 2022. The first session was held to discuss each other’s career experiences and the obstacles experienced while working. Then the next session discussed the most pressing issues currently in the workplace for employees. Then the third session, which is the closing session carried out in a hybrid manner, where the mentees have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with mentors to consult about problems in the work they are facing.
